Why this matters for heating engineers

A Gas Safety Record is a legal document under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. Landlords must have every gas appliance checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and a copy of the record must reach the tenant within 28 days.
